How Shelvik handles information

Shelvik is a home-condition notebook for property owners and buyers. You can create home profiles, walk exterior, interior, and systems checkpoints, attach photos and notes, and keep a condition report with repair estimates.

Records you enter — home names, addresses, year built, checklist marks, severity, location notes, photos, and cost ranges — are stored on your device as part of the app’s local ledger. Shelvik does not operate a user account system for this content and does not send those records to Bricklayer Fitness LLC for advertising or analytics.

If you contact us by email, we will use the address and message you send only to respond to your request. We keep that correspondence as long as needed to answer you, then delete it when it is no longer required.

Photos you attach to defects stay with the corresponding checklist item on the device. Removing a home profile or deleting the app removes that local ledger from the device according to iOS storage rules.

This policy applies to the Shelvik iOS app published by Bricklayer Fitness LLC. If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and the effective date above.
